Viewing My List

My List is a feature that lets you create a temporary list of items from your search results. You can add items to the list, view the list, remove items from the list, or email the list.

To add items to My List

  • Click on the "Add to My List" icon on the summary of your search results or the full display. Once a resource has been added to the My List feature the icon changes to "Remove".

To remove items from My List

  • Click on the "Remove" icon for each resource.

To remove items from My List

  • Click on the "Remove" icon in your search results or within your My List.

To email My List

  • Click on the "Email this list" link at the bottom of your My List page, choose the format you want to send it by, the subject of your email and the email address to send it to.

If you have not added any items to My List, the Portal displays the message "No items in list."

Scotland's Culture help pages are displayed in a new browser window. You may wish to keep the new window open for further reference, or close it to reduce clutter. You can always display this guide again from the
Sitemap page, along with all other help pages.

Some users may find that parts of Scotland’s Culture are inaccessible from within an institution that has firewall protection. This may be because parts of Scotland’s Culture use an untypical port number (8000). To rectify this you should contact your IT department who will be able address the problem.
